Dry Construction

Designing interior spaces, architectural formations, and facades and implementing them using dry construction

Advantages of dry construction:

1- It uses high-quality construction panels as an alternative to using traditional materials (brick, sand, and cement).

2- Light in weight compared to traditional materials and therefore does not affect the structural structure of the building

3- Easily bendable into any shapes (straight – curved).

4- Among the characteristics of structural panels (extruded poly styrene) is that they are not affected by humidity and are highly efficient in thermal insulation (especially on facades), reducing the spread of sound and reducing the spread of fire.
5- Among the characteristics of structural panels (Rock Wool) are their lack of influence by humidity and their high efficiency in thermal insulation to high degrees, preventing the spread of sound, and preventing the spread of fire.

6- All construction panels used have a treated cement surface that allows all available finishes to be easily applied

7- The OAK team developed special techniques for dismantling drywall and reusing it again.
