New Cairo Apartment
The apartment owners desired to complete their residence according to their taste and standards, but with a flexible budget spread over five years. Therefore, we relied on Building Information Modeling (BIM) to plan the utilization of specific areas of the unit based on the currently available funds. Over time, additional spaces will be finished as funds become available. Once completed, the temporary partitions separating the spaces will be removed to allow full utilization of the residence.
